Is Neda Painter insured?
Yes. Neda Painter is an insured business. If you require current insurance documentation, please ask the team when reviewing your quote.
Do I need to be home while the painters are working?
Not usually. Access, security and contact arrangements can be agreed before work begins, and the team will keep you updated throughout the project. You are also welcome to be present if you prefer.
How long will my painting project take?
Timing depends on the size of the job, surface condition, preparation required, access and weather. After the site visit, your written quote will include a realistic project programme.
Is a deposit required?
Any deposit or staged payment requirements will be clearly set out in your written quote before you accept it and secure the work in the schedule.
What happens if it rains during exterior painting?
Exterior preparation and painting are scheduled around suitable conditions. If rain, wind, temperature or moisture could affect the finish, that work will pause and the team will keep you informed about the revised timing.
Can you provide a quote without visiting the property?
Photos and an initial conversation can help establish the likely scope, but an accurate written quote will usually require a complimentary site visit to assess condition, access and preparation.
What preparation is included?
The preparation needed for a durable finish is assessed during the site visit. Your written scope will explain the agreed cleaning, protection, repairs, filling, sanding, sealing or priming required for the project.
